Licence conditions (12)
  1. The authorised use of the beer garden shall cease at 23:00 hours
  2. There shall be no new admissions or re-admissions to the premises after 23:00 hours
  3. Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following day) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties.
  4. Children shall be permitted in the premises from 12:00 hours until 19:00 hours, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
  5. The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol; and c) show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days
  6. The original, or a copy of the CCTV recording, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  7. Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  8. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
  9. All staff employed at the premises to sell alcohol shall receive training in the responsible retail of alcohol and drugs deterrence. Such training shall take place on induction and not less than twice per year thereafter. Staff training shall be recorded and these records shall on demand be made available to the Police, community support officer or an authorised person.
  10. The premises licence holder shall draw up and implement a drugs policy for the premises, a copy of which shall be submitted to the Police and the Licensing Authority. Such policy shall be reviewed annually and the Police and the Licensing Authority shall be advised of any amendments to the policy.
  11. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall attend a ?Drugs Awareness? course, which shall be approved by the Licensing Authority prior to attendance as being appropriate. The course must be attended by no later than 30 October 2010 and the Designated Premises Supervisor shall on completion of the course provide the Licensing Authority with evidence of their attendance on the course.
  12. Staff shall undertake at least two checks per hour of the premises toilets (external and internal). Such checks shall be recorded and these records shall on demand be made available to the police, community support offer or an authorised person.
