All specified external doors/windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.2. Staff shall check prior to entertainment, and periodically during the entertainment, that all windows and doors are shut. A written record shall be made of these checks in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.3. Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 23.00.4. External lighting to the external area shall not cause light spill or glare on adjacent properties.5. Clear and prominent notices will be displayed within the car park requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.6. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises, in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests), notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.7. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority Certification.8.
