Licence conditions (18)
  1. General.
  2. Alcohol will be sold to accompany meals not for the sole purpose of taking away from the premises to drink.
  3. All staff will be provided with training in relation to the licensing objectives that are commensurate with all duties when on the premises. This will include the individual's responsibilities, age verification and licensing offences.
  4. All Staff will be in trained food hygiene safety and food procedures management, training documentation will be kept.
  5. Details of the training will be recorded in a personnel file and/or logbook and will be refreshed at regular intervals.
  6. The prevention of crime and disorder.
  7. Customers may remove unfinished drinks from the premises in sealed container discreetly (ie in a bag)
  8. A CCTV system should be well maintained at the premises with cameras in the location indicated on the accompanying plan. Recordings shall be made of images from the camera whilst a licensable activity is taking place and shall be retained for a period of at least 31 days from the date of recording.
  9. A member of staff shall be trained on how to provide copies to police officers, where a request is received that complies with the requirements of the Date Protection Act 2018 and any other legislation covering the disclosure of recorded material.
  10. An incident book will be maintained in a non-loose format to record details of any incidents in the premises that relate to the licensing objectives and/or any refusals of sales of alcohol.
  11. Public Safety.
  12. All reasonable precautions will be made to keep the public safe on the premises
  13. A fire risk assessment will be conducted and reviewed regularly in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005.
  14. All fire exits for or on the premises will have signs and be maintained.
  15. Public nuisance
  16. The manager shall regularly conduct inspections outside to make sure there is no noise outbreak.
  17. Protection of children from harm
  18. A Challenge 25 scheme will be adopted in compliance with the age verification conditions: Customers who appear under 25 years of age will be required to prove their age when purchasing alcohol. Suitable forms of identification will be a passport, 'Pass' card or other identification recognised by the licensing authority in its statement of licensing policy.
