  1. The premises will be operated responsibly at all times, with trained staff ensuring compliance with all licensing conditions.
  2. A refusals log and incident log will be maintained and made available to licensing officers or the police on request.
  3. All alcohol sales for on-premises consumption will be supervised by a Personal Licence Holder
  4. CCTV will be installed and maintained in good working order, covering entry/exit points and areas where alcohol is served.
  5. Recordings will be kept for a minimum of 31 days and made available to the police or licensing authority on request.
  6. Staff will be trained to identify and deal appropriately with incidents of disorder or potential disorder.
  7. On-premises consumption will be limited to designated areas within the building and as may be permitted in the space immediately outside the premises.
  8. All staff to be trained on identification and their training records to be made available to responsible authorities.
