  1. The Licence holder shall take steps to ensure the safety of people using the restaurant, inside and out, and to minimise any disruption to residents or visitors to the area. Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
  3. No drinks will be permitted anywhere outside except the designated tables. Public safety
  4. All safety certificates will be kept up to date and on the premises. Prevention of public nuisance
  5. Signs will be displayed reminding customers to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
  6. No live music or events will be staged.
  7. Bins will be provided for any customers using the outside tables, along with anti-littering signage. Protection of children from harm
  8. The Licence Holder/DPS shall implement the ‘Challenge 25’ scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation.
  9. Any time restrictions for children being in the restaurant will be clearly displayed, both inside and outside the premises.
