- An incident log must be kept at the premises and available on request to the Police or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority The incident log must be used to detail complaints, disorder, customer ejections, refusal of alcohol sales and seizures of any drugs, weapons, fraudulent ID or items such as money. The log must include all details of the incident – date and time, staff information, any action taken and the outcome, and whether the emergency services were called. The log will also be used to document a visit by a relevant authority or emergency service, and record any issues with the CCTV system. 2. The premises must operate a digital CCTV system which covers all public areas of the licensed premises, and all public entry and exit points. The system to enable the facial identification of every person entering in any light condition. The continuous CCTV system must record at all times - whether the premises is open or not. The recordings must be date and time-stamped, and made available upon request and are unedited for as long a period as the system can record for – which is beyond the minimum requirement of 31 days. CCTV images are available upon request by a Police officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority and the footage can be played back on a standard personal computer or standard DVD player3. For larger events at the Club, a full risk assessment must be undertaken and approved by our insurer, this includes employing Licensed Door supervisors and their information must be recorded in the incident log book
- Doors and windows must be kept closed (except for ingress and egress) to reduce noise nuisance from the premises.5. Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly6. The placing of bottles and cans into receptacles outside the premises is restricted to certain shifts in order to minimise disturbance to nearby properties
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 8. Challenge 25 scheme must be operated at the Club to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 must provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.9. Adult Events are for over 18s only and are advertised as such - entry is only granted to those who are able to provide identity as required with the additional support of the licensed door personnel
