- The general conditions relating to the sale and supply of alcohol under the Act are regularly and vigorously enforced at the premises, particularly in respect of children and young persons.2. Regular checks and inspections are undertaken of areas not immediately visible from the bar to ensure that such areas are not being used for drug taking or other illicit activities.3. Fire safety equipment is regularly inspected and tested to ensure public safety.4. The car park is floodlit to allow customers safe access to and from the premises.5. Car park is adequate size to enable customers cars to be parked safely off the main road.6. Customers leaving the public house at night are told to leave quietly and avoid shouting, use of horns, banging car doors or causing any disturbance to the peace or tranquility of the neighbourhood. Notices to this effect are displayed on the premises.7. Children under the age of 18 are not served alcohol and in order to prevent such occurrences staff institute appropriate checks and request I.D. with photos where there is any doubt about a person’s age.8.
