- Sally Howe sequenced dance club use the hall on three weekly occasions in August on Thursday mornings. The Heather Godey sequenced dance club and the Joan Foster sequenced dance club hold at least two dances per year on a Saturday evening & parties(private). Times for both are 19.00 to 22.30.

- Procedures and policies are already in place to ensure that all users of the hall and nearby residents are protected against any problems. The hall and its activities are open to inspection at anytime.A full list of all the activities is enclosed with the application and the management and owners of the premises are readily available to discuss any details.,.
- The management of the hall will work in association with the chief officer of police for the area to uphold the prevention of crime and disorder.,.
- The manager of the hall will liase with the environmental protection service to ensure that all matters relating to health and safety at work, harm to human health, pollution and environment are upheld to the highest standards the hall maintains a public liability insurance and has regular checks of fire prevention and necessary equipment.,.
- All recorded music relayed in the premises is overseen by Mr Frank Coulter - Hall Manager. All users are advised to not exceed level four on the amplified PA system. The manager works closely with nearby residents to ensure that noise levels are complied with and the situation is closely monitored on a regular basis.,.
- The manager of the hall undertakes to ensure the any event involving children the supervisors of the event are cleared through the Essex Child Protection unit of Saffron Walden, in association with the hirer of the hall.,.
