Licence conditions (3)
- Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The following non standard timings shall be applicable: i)Live Music: 24th December from 19.00 to 00.00 New Years Eve from 19.00 to 00.00. ii)Recorded Music & Provision of Dancing Facilities: 24th December from 12.00 to 00.00 New Years Eve from 12.00 to 01.30. iii)Sale/Supply of Alcohol 24th & 26th December from 11.00 to 00.00 New Years Eve from 11.00 (31/12) to 00.00 (02/01). Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal. This licence is subject to such further Conditions as are consistent with any restrictions imposed on the use of the premises for the existing licensable activities under the licence by virtue of the enactments hereinafter set out:- Children and Young Persons Act 1933 Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Etc) Act 1985.
- The premises shall have no irresponsible drinks promotions which may encourage binge drinking. CCTV shall be installed externally. Doors and windows shall be kept closed whilst entertainment is in progress except for access/egress. Signs shall be posted at the exits reminding customers to leave quietly and with respect for local residents. The premises shall have agreed links with a local taxi company for the collection of customers. The management shall ensure that the grounds of the premises shall be kept tidy without nuisance to other neighbouring businesses or residents. Persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
- Members and their guests are to leave the premises from the rear exit after 23.00 hrs. The Club Management Committee shall consult with local residents at least twice per calender year.
Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
