- All staff will be trained to meet all the licensing objectives and training material will be regularly reviewed to ensure its continued relevance. Refresher training will be given to staff at least once a year to ensure continued compliance with their duties under the Act.2. A high quality digital CCTV system, to cover the public areas of the premises, be installed and maintained and shall operate at all times the premises is open to the public. CD discs must be kept of 31 days. Sufficient staff must be trained in the use of the CCTV system.3. Risk assessments to be in place including a fire risk assessment.4. Prominent and clear notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.5.The premises will operate Challenge 25 in relation to the sale of alcohol, requiring all those who appear to be under 25 to be asked for a recognised form of photographic identification. All staff will be trained in the operation of the Challenge 25 policy and refresher training will be provided. Signs will be placed at the point of sale and around the store informing customers that Challenge 25 is in operation at the premises.6. A Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy will be in place and all staff will be trained in child protection and safeguarding matters.,.
- Conditions Agreed with Environemtnal Protection - October 20141. The garden/patio/any other outside area must not be used by customers after the hours of 23.00 and there shall be no music outside at anytime.2. No live or amplified music may be play after 23.00, except for background music.3. The licence-holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of these checks in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action. A basic sound level meter should be used to make an objective assessment.4. No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.,.
