Licence conditions (18)
  1. The designated premises supervisor or a licence holder will be contactable at all times during opening hours while alcohol is being served.
  2. Apart from Free potable water being available on request to customers at all bar locations. Other non-intoxicating beverages will also be available during all open hours, including soft drinks and low and non-alcohol options.
  3. Deliveries and collections pertaining to Licensable activities shall be arranged between 08:00-22:00 only.
  4. The bars shall close and all customers have left no later than 30 minutes after the end of the permitted hours for sale by retail of alcohol on the premises.
  5. Children on the premises must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  6. CCTV with appropriate signage and compliant with the DPA 1998 will be in use and available to the authorities. It will be fully maintained, showing correct date and time information, covering the internal licensable area and the outdoor customer and smoking areas. It will provide clear images of people entering and exiting the licensable area.
  7. At least one member of staff present during licensable hours will be trained to use the CCTV and provide copies at the request of police or other authorised licensing authority.
  8. All CCTV footage will be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
  9. A refusals book will be kept and maintained and available to the authorities, and inspected at least monthly by the designated premises supervisor.
  10. Signage advising patrons to keep their personal property safe will be on display and a lost property log kept and available to the authorities on request.
  11. An incident log will be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives and be completed within 24 hours of any incident and available on request by a police officer or an authorised officer and will record: all crimes report, ejections of patrons, complaints received concerning crime and disorder, drugs found or seized, incidents of disorder, CCTV faults and action taken to remedy, bans from the premises.
  12. The designated premises supervisor or licence holder shall ensure there is no drinking beyond the demarcated area.
  13. Staff training at least every 6 months will cover:-
  14. II. The requirements for ID as part of age verification, III. Dealing with an intoxicated person, IV. Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons, V. Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premise, VI. Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol, VII. Recording of incidents, VIII. Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, IX. Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote
  15. making training records available to an authorised officer on request.
  16. Training records will be kept for at least 18 months.
  17. An age verification policy will be in force and staff will be trained in its implementation and in the legality and procedure of alcohol sales, and at least one member of staff on duty trained in the Licensing Act 2003 requirements in terms of the licensing objectives, offences and conditions.
  18. Children on the premises must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A "Challenge 25" policy will be adopted and signage in respect of that displayed prominently on the premises.
