  1. Staff shall make regular patrols of outside areas to minimise the potential for noise breakout.
  2. The DPS shall ensure that before their first shift, any SIA registered door supervisor engaged at the premises shall be briefed on procedures operative within the premises, the premises licence conditions relevant to door staff and known issues of proper concern to door supervisors operating at the premises. The DPS shall also ensure that regularly engaged door supervisors attend a monthly update meeting to discuss any issues arising and procedures operative within the premises.
  3. A written record shall be maintained at the premises recording the date of such briefings and identify of those briefed. This register is to be made available to any Police Officer or Local Authority Licensing officer at any reasonable time.
  4. A register will be kept of all door supervisors when employed at the premises, this register will be a bound book and contain the following information:
  5. Day and date of entry
  6. Time that member of security staff starts and finishes work
  7. Full name
  8. SIA registration number
  9. Signature of the member of security staff
  10. The duty manager or supervisor will check and sign the register every shift
  11. This register is to be made available to any Police Officer or Local Authority Licensing officer at any reasonable time.
  12. From 21:00 on Friday and Saturdays, there shall be a minimum of three toilet checks per hour until close.
  13. After 23:30 on Friday and Saturdays, save for readmission of customers already in the premises who are going outside to smoke in the designated smoking area by entrance, there shall be no admission of customers to the premises.
  14. A Challenge 21 policy shall be operated at the premises.
  15. There should be a written training procedure with signatures gained form each member of staff to confirm they have been trained in relation to the sales of age restricted products. This training should include (but not limited to) making all staff aware of the Challenge 21 policy and that they must operate it on all occasions.
  16. After 23:00 on Friday and Saturdays (until close) no open vessels, bottles or other type of containers will be allowed to be taken outside the premises.
  17. The DPS shall ensure that a detailed incident log is kept, maintained and used regularly.
  18. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed to by the Police, which also complies with the current CCTV Code of Practice produced by the Information Commissioners Officer, with all public areas, including all access and egress points covered. (It is acknowledged that the current CCTV provision meets the standard required by the Police)
  19. CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  20. CCTV shall be operational at all times that member of the public are on the premises.
  21. All CCTV images will be retained and stored for a minimum of 28 days and made available to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing officer or Trading standards officer on request or in any event within 28 hours of a request being made.
  22. Regular risk assessments of the premises will be conducted in relation to the use of door supervisors.
  23. Door supervisors shall be tasked with monitoring customers leaving the premises and shall as far as possible ensure that this occurs as quickly and quietly as possible.
  24. Management shall ensure that empty bottles and glasses are removed from public areas as soon as possible.
  25. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
  26. Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
  27. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  28. For the final hour of opening the music is reduced in volume and is discernibly quieter.
  29. Noise limiters are fitted to amplification equipment and have been set at a level agreed with Sevenoaks District Council's Environmental Protection Officer.
  30. Amplified music and speech shall not exceed a 20 second Laeq of 88 dBA when measured anywhere in the premises.
  31. Any areas provided for the consumption of alcohol in the open air will be cleared of tables and chairs after 23:00 hours.
