Licence conditions (19)
  1. No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 shall be permitted on the premises during the operation of the licence at any time.
  2. Accompanied children (under the age of 16) will be required to vacate the premises by 21.00 hours or 21:30 hours if consuming a meal.
  3. The applicant shall draw up and put into effect such procedures as are necessary to ensure that public safety is not put at risk due to overcrowding of the premises and that public nuisance from persons waiting to enter the premises or from persons departing from the premises is prevented.
  4. The premises licence holder will continually risk assess the requirement for door supervisors at the premises in conjunction with Bexley Police and will employ such supervisor's in such numbers and at such times as deemed necessary by that risk assessment.
  5. CCTV shall be installed and maintained at the premises. All images shall be retained for a minimum period of 31 days and shall be made available for inspection by a police officer or other authorised person on request.
  6. After 23:00 hours all openable windows at both ground and first floor levels shall be closed and remain closed until the premises is closed.
  7. The doors to the premises shall not be permanently propped open between 23:00 hours and the cessation of licensable activities.
  8. Where live or recorded music is to be played at any time during the night hours (23:00 to 07:00 hours the following day) noise from the playing of live or recorded music shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential premises, and at all other times shall not create a nuisance.
  9. There shall be no use of the ground floor beer garden by customers after 23:30 hours. The first floor outside terrace area shall not be used after 23:30 hours for the consumption of food or drink.
  10. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly.
  11. The cooking or preparation of late night refreshment shall finish at midnight except for the supply of tea, coffee and beverages of a like kind that may be provided at all times during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
  12. The provision of late night refreshment shall be restricted to refreshment for consumption on the premises only.
  13. No articles or materials (including waste) shall be placed or deposited in the outbuildings to the rear of the premises, in or on any open-air external area at the rear of the premises, the rear access road serving the premises, or in the bins in the rear access road between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours the following day.
  14. No glass bottles shall be removed and deposited outside the premises between 22:00 hours and 07:00 hours
  15. No deliveries or removals involving the use of the rear access road shall take place between the hours of 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours the following day.
  16. The premises licence holder will operate a Challenge 21 proof of age policy at all times which will require any customer who appears under the age of 21 to provide proof of age documentation that they are age 18 or above.
  17. Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
  18. Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound; and
  19. ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
