- A refusal book shall be maintained, recording refusals of age restricted sales and the reason for refusal. Such refusals book to be made available for inspection by the police or other statutory authority on demand.
- Customers will be requested to respect local residents by leaving the premises in a quiet & orderly fashion via a notice to be displayed stating this policy.
- The Licence holder will join the local 'off watch' scheme in Tandridge, if any such scheme exists.
