At least one current member of staff must be trained and able to operate the CCTV system in order to deal efficiently with any CCTV requests from any Responsible Authority.
- Posters to be displayed in a prominent position at the premises exit points requesting customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner therefore reducing noise nuisance.
- No children under 18 years of age to be allowed on the premises.
- A hardback incident/doorstaff book to be implemented and used to record any instances of refusal to serve/removal from premises/ID checks and any other incident other than daily business.
- Staff training will be conducted on a regular basis regarding Challenge 25 and ID check procedures and will be documented accordingly.
- All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when recorded or live music is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
- The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
- There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly.
