Licence conditions (8)

The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by the London Borough of Bexley.
Digital CCTV and appropriate recording equipment shall be operated and maintained throughout the interior of the premises and shall cover all public areas. CCTV coverage shall also extend to the exterior of the premises.
CCTV footage shall be stored for a minimum of 28 days, and the management shall give full and immediate co-operation and technical assistance to the police in the event that CCTV footage is requested for the prevention and detection of suspected or alleged crime.
The CCTV images shall record the date and time, and these times will be checked regularly to ensure their accuracy.
Patrons shall be encouraged to leave the premises quietly with notices displayed at the exits to enforce that message.
All external doors except any that have to be locked back for public safety reasons, shall be kept closed when live and recorded music is being provided.
Management shall invite business and residents into the centre at least 3 times a year to attend the Link Forum along with officers and officials from the Community to discuss any issues which may have arisen.
No entertainment of an adult style or nature shall be provided at the premises.
