  1. All staff will be provided training with regards to the licensing objectives. Details of training will be kept in each employee's personal file.
  2. CCTV will be installed and recordings will be maintained on a secure server, and will be made available to the police upon request.
  3. Areas in which alcohol is being stored will have separate locks installed on internal doors
  4. A First aid trained employee will always be on site.
  5. A strict Health and Safety policy is in place that adheres to The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
  6. No alcohol is to be sold to individuals that are under the influence of alcohol. If that individual that is seen to be loitering around the premises will be asked to leave, and if they refuse the police will be called.
  7. A clear record will be kept of all alcohol sold.
  8. A strict policy of the 'Challenge 25' scheme is to be adopted to comply with age verification. Only a photocard drivers licence or passport will be accepted as a form of identification.
