When exercising any activity covered by this license, fully trained, qualified and experienced managers to operate the premises under the direction of the DPS at all times.Fully trained, and supervised bar and support staff to carry out all appropriate duties.Appropriate arrangements for the control of litter will be made, ensuring that the premises and all areas outside and adjacemnt are kept clean and tidy and litter free during opening hours.,.

Continue as members of and work with Colchester Pub & Clubwatch and other local agencies to assist in the reduction of alcohol related crime & disorder.No bottles or glasses to be taken off the premises, plastics only.Where and when appropriate polite signs will be placed at all exits from the premises encouraging customers to be quiet on leaving the area and to respect the rights of people living nearby to a peaceful night.Where and when appropriate Display appropriate Colchester Partnership Pubwatch and Clubwatch Campaign posters on the premises.Where and when appropriate facilitate staggered closing times with other campus licensed premises at all events closing after 23:00hrs to enable safe and sensible departure from venues/premises, consulting and co-operating with other adjacent premises venues to ensure good order.,.

NO venue on campus has any history of substantial noise nuisance complaints from neighbours or others. No statutory notices have ever been served.The premises/venues are situated in the heart of the University campus, at ground floor/basement and first floor levels. The nearest neighbourhood accommodation are our own University Halls of residence, flats and houses. Noise generated on the premises shall be kept at such a level at the boundary of the venues/premises that it shall not cause a nuisance to our own members/students residing nearby University Halls, houses and other accommodation.Other Residences and a general public nuisance. The Licensee shall take all appropriate steps to prevent the neighbourhood being unreasonably disturbed by noise made by persons waiting to enter and when leaving the premises. Entry to and Exit from the premises shall be controlled and monitored at all times. Access to appropriate means of transport, such as the provision of telephone numbers for licensed hackney carriages, 'Student safety' mini-buses, shall be made available to those using the premises as to allow safe and appropriate means of leaving the premises and the general area with the opportunity for disturbance and noise being greatly reduced by the aforementioned.,.
