Licence conditions (10)
  1. Staff to be fully trained in the issues arising from the sale of alcohol. It is the intention to review the implications and issues arising from the sale of alcohol on an annual basis.
  2. Staff to be instructed that alcohol must not be sold to any person who they believe to be drunk.
  3. Notices to be displayed inside the premises stating that it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 years to purchase alcohol.
  4. Tours of the distillery area will be by arrangement and under the authority of a qualified guide.
  5. First aid provision is always available on the premises.
  6. Public Liability insurance will be in place.
  7. We retain the right to refuse service if we believe that there is the potential for Public Nuisance.
  8. Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult (not including the guide).
  9. Alcohol will not be served to persons under 18 years of age and acceptable evidence of age will be a passport, a photocard driving licence or Prove It Card containing the PASS logo.
  10. A Challenge 21 police will be implemented.
