  3. Due to the size of the venue and the nature of the business there will be low noise level.
  4. Make sure all fire exits are well lit and not obstructed.
  5. Have all staff trained in first aid and food hygiene.
  6. Ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum when people are entering and leaving the premises.
  7. Check ID on anyone that looks under 25.
