Events in the marquee, which involve amplified music and voices, shall not take place on consecutive days or on consecutive weekends. Notification of these events shall be clearly advertised to all noise sensitive properties within a 1km radius of the event and the Environmental Protection Team, at least one week prior to the event taking place.
A Noise Management Plan (NMP) will be produced and made available to the Environmental Protection Team and the Licensing Authority, to cover the events in the marquee which involve amplified music and voices. The NMP will detail the position and orientation of any sound amplification equipment and how sound levels at nearby residential properties shall be controlled. Should substantiated noise complaints be received by the Local Authority from local residents, additional sound reduction measures shall be introduced into the NMP with the agreement of the Environmental Protection Team.
