Licence conditions (21)
  1. CCTV shall be installed on the premises to the satisfaction and agreement of the Police
  2. CCTV recordings will be kept for a minimum period of 30 days and will be made available to the Police and Licensing Authority upon request and in any case within 48 hours.
  3. The CCTV will be maintained on a regular basis and if the equipment fails the Police and Licensing Authority will be informed as soon as possible, and immediate steps will be taken to repair the equipment.
  4. On Friday, Saturday and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday when the premises is to remain open beyond 23:00 and provide the provision of regulated entertainment, there shall be a minimum of 2 SIA registered door staff on duty from 20:00 until 30 minutes after close. On a Friday, Saturday and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday, should the premises remain open beyond 23:00 but not provide the provision of regulated entertainment, the designated premises supervisor shall undertake a risk assessment in respect of the provision of supervisors and where deemed necessary a minimum of 2 door supervisors shall be employed from 20:00 until 30 minutes after close.
  5. Door staff will wear clothing that is easily identifiable on CCTV eg, reflective armbands
  6. A written drugs policy shall be in place and a copy agreed by, and forwarded to the Police.
  7. The licence holder, DPS, manager or other responsible person in charge of the premises will allow the use of IONTRAK machines or other drug/illicit substance detection device or method, at all reasonable times.
  8. Toughened glass will be used at the premises.
  9. Drinks Promotions will not be permitted allowing unlimited supply of alcohol for a set price.
  10. A representative of the premises licence holder will actively participate in the Nite Net Radio System.
  11. No open vessels, bottles, or other types of container sold or supplied by the licensed premises shall be taken from the licensed premises. Public Safety:-
  12. The Licence Holder, Manager or Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety, Fire and Electrical risk assessments or tests will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
  13. Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
  14. Means of escape, fire detection, fire fighting equipment and emergency lighting shall be provided in accordance with the plan attached to this licence.
  15. The Licence holder, DPS, Manager or other responsible person will ensure that all appropriate inspections are carried out to the satisfaction of responsible authorities prior to the premises commencement of trading to the public.
  16. There shall be compliance with all building regulations requirements prior to trading.
  17. There shall be compliance with all reasonable requirements of the fire officer at the time of completion of works Public Nuisance:-
