Licence conditions (4)
- The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that a digital CCTV system shall be installed at the premises. It shall be maintained in good working order and used at all times when the premises are open for licensable activities. Any CCTV footage shall be kept for at least 28 days and shall be available to the Licensing Authority or police on request.
- The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to recognise the needs of local residents and all businesses and encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
- Prior to being permitted to undertake the sale of alcohol, all staff without a Personal Licence, including any unpaid members of staff, family members or casual persons who may be involved in the sale of alcohol at the premises, will be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and any subsequent amendments to the Act – in particular, they will receive training in relation to the service of alcohol to underage and persons who are drunk.
- The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the premises adopts a Challenge 21 Age Verification Policy and any person wishing to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 21, shall be asked to produce an acceptable form of identification (such as photographic driving licence, international passport, a pass hologram ultraviolet feature card or military ID card).
