  1. Notices shall be displayed requesting customers to leave quietly.
  2. All doors and windows shall be closed when any music is played (other than incidental background music).
  3. Litter bottles shall not be disposed of after 22.00 hours each night.
  4. No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises unless under the supervision of an adult.
  5. No more than 50 live music events are to take place in any calendar year.
  6. Checks shall be made to ensure that the level of music emanating from the premises does not constitute a nuisance to neighbouring premises.
  7. Music, singing and speech (both amplified and un-amplified) arising from the premises shall not be audible within any noise sensitive property at any time.
