Licence conditions (16)
  1. Maintain CCTV systems, retain recorded footage for 30 days and adhere to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) Guidelines
  2. All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
  3. The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
  4. The playing of live or recorded music in garden areas and other external spaces of the premises is not permitted
  5. Strong management control and staff training. Well trained staff.
  6. No selling of alcohol to underage people, drunk or intoxicated customers.
  7. No drunk or disorderly behaviour on the premises.
  8. No violent and anti-social behaviour.
  9. No harm to children.
  10. Prevention and vigilance in illegal drug use in the retail area.
  11. CCTV system is installed with signage warning that it is in use.
  12. Internal and external lighting fixed to promote safety objectives.
  13. Implementation of underage ID checks. Challenge 25 retailing strategy. Well trained staff regarding the sale of alcohol to underage i.e. ID card photographic driving licence or a passport.
  14. All parts of the premises maintained in good order at all times.
  15. Customers asked to leave the premises quietly.
