  1. Where the premises is to be let to individuals or groups for private hire, a hire agreement shall be in place that includes an outline of the conditions on the premises licence and clearly states the responsibilities of the hirer in respect to upholding such conditions. The hirer shall sign the agreement and a copy of the signed agreement shall be retained on the premises for a minimum of 31 days after the event.
  2. Where the premises are let to individuals of groups for private hire, a named person shall be responsible for ensuring that conditions of the premises licence are adhered to. This person shall provide their details to the Licence holder in writing in advance of the event and their details shall be retained for at least 31 days after the date of the event.
  3. Any pre booked function shall be managed by a personal licence holder.
  4. The records of the pre booked function shall contain: a) The name of the person making the booking; b) The address of the person making the booking; c) The contact details of the person making the booking, Police would expect mobile number, landline number and email address; d) A clear copy of photographic identification and this should be retained for future reference; and e) The nature of the booking and the number of patrons expected.
  5. The premise will not be used for any adult entertainment or services;
  6. The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol; and c) show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
  7. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  8. The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person within 72 hours of a request having been made, or immediately if practical.
  9. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
  10. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall complete a recognised 'drug awareness' training course by 31 December 2018.
  11. Staff shall be provided with 'drug awareness training', and be briefed on the drugs policy applicable to the premises.
  12. The Premises Licence holder shall draw up and implement a premises specific drugs policy in line with the requirements of Section 8 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The policy shall be reviewed as necessary but at least annually. A record shall be kept that a review of the policy has been made.
  13. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed; a) at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly; b) advising customers as to the times and the permitted use of the outside areas; c) by all exits from the premises asking patrons to leave quietly; and d) in the patio area asking customers to keep noise to a minimum.
  14. No deliveries or removals involving the use of the rear access road shall take place between the hours of 23:00 hours and 06:00 hours the following day.
  15. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in
