Licence conditions (11)
  1. All music activities shall be indoors only.
  2. Staff shall be trained in licensing law and drugs awareness.
  3. CCTV to remain installed to provide coverage of interior and exterior trading areas.
  4. Any person appearing under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce a recognised proof of age as verification.
  5. Health and safety and fire risk assessments shall be carried out at proper intervals.
  6. Sufficient staff shall be employed at all times to ensure customer safety.
  7. Signs shall be displayed prominently requesting customers to depart the premises quietly.
  8. Bottle bins shall not be emptied after 23.00 and before 09.00.
  9. No person under the age of 18 years shall be admitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
  10. No children shall be permitted on the premises after 21.00 hours.
  11. Cigarette, pool and AWP machines shall be situated where they can be properly supervised by staff.
