Licence conditions (30)

Customers will be advised to leave the premises quietly by staff and security staff who will be placed at the exit doors to supervise dispersal from the premises and members of staff will monitor the outside street for a while once the club is closed in order to identify potential disorder and noise.
Signs shall be fixed and maintained in prominent positions and in particular at exit doors to remind customers to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
Door staff will supervise queues to prevent anti-social behaviour.
Bar staff where sale and supply of alcohol is taking place shall request sight of evidence of the age of any person appearing to beunderage, such evidence may include a passport or driving licence.
All staff employed at the premises shall be over 18 years old(official identification shall be seen to evidence this).
A refusal book shall be kept on the premises to record instances where staff have refused to serve a customer, giving reasons.

The emergency plan submitted with the application shall be implemented.
Customers shall not be permitted to remove open containers of alcohol from the premises save for consumption in the delineated external area under the control of the premises after 22:30 hours.
Customers are asked not to cause noise or disturbance outside the premises or when leaving the area.
The club shall obtain a contract with a local minicab service to facilitate the dispersal of customers. The drivers shall be instructed not to sound horns after 11.00pm.
Staff shall encourage customers to wait inside the venue for taxis to arrive rather than waiting in the street.
Sound systems should be calibrated to ensure no noise is audible in the nearest sensitive premises or externally.
Staff will collect any waste, including that resulting from smoking, left by customers at the front of the premises.
No nudity, sex films, adult entertainment, gaming machines orother services of the type that might give rise to concern in respectof children will take place on the premises.
Staff shall be advised to monitor the behaviour of customers in order to ensure that nothing takes place that would give rise to concern about the welfare of children.

46.Patrons shall cease using the external area after 22:30 hours daily. The tables and chairs shall be rendered unusable after that time.
47.Table service shall be provided within the delineated external area.
48.Children shall only be permitted entry to the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult.
No one under the age of 18 shall be permitted to remain on the premises after 21:00 hours.
The telephone number of the DPS shall be made available to those who have raised objections or concern about the operation of the premises.
The maximum number of persons (including staff) allowed at the premises shall not exceed 270 persons at all times while the premises are in operation. Seated capacities will be removed on condition that an up to date Risk Assessment is submitted to the Licensing Authority.
All staff shall be given refresher training every 6 months on the legislation relating to the sales of alcohol to underage persons and drunken persons. Written records of this training shall be kept on the premises and produced to the police or other authorised officers on request.
53.There shall be a written dispersal policy submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority and the Police. The approved dispersal policy shall be implemented at the premises. All staff shall be briefed on this dispersal policy. A copy of the policy shall be kept on the premises and shall be produced to a police officer or other authorised officer upon request.

No drinks are permitted to be taken outside of the premises.
56.There shall be a staggered "Soft closure" 20 minutes before the closure of each floor. Each floor shall be closed 20 minutes apart starting with the ground floor and then after 20 minutes the closure of the basement.

An SIA door supervisor shall be employed on Friday and Saturday nights from at least 20:00 hours, and at other times on a risk assessment basis. When employed, all SIA staff shall wear a high visibility armband or vest to be easily identifiable. They shall enter their name, address, SIA number and times they begin and finish their shift in a daily register. If employed by an agency all agency contact details shall be recorded also. The records must be maintained for a period of one year, a copy kept at the premises and made available upon request to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or the Police.
