Licence conditions (2)
- a) No alcohol to be sold or consumed in the café and terrace areas after 16:30 b) There will be a minimum of 2 CCTV cameras in the car park area. c) Notices to be displayed in the car park and at exit doors to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. Staff to reinforce this message verbally. d) All doors and windows to the outside, including kitchen and food preparation areas, to be closed from 21:00 except for ingress and egress. e) There will be security lighting outside the Dene. f) Adequate car parking should be made available. g) No food or alcohol to be consumed outside after 16:30. h) When disabled persons are present, adequate arrangements will exist to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency and disabled persons on the Premises will be made aware of those arrangements. i) Adequate means of escape will be provided and maintained from all parts of the Premises. j) All exit doors will be easily operable without the use of a key card code or similar means. Exit doors will be regularly checked to ensure that they function satisfactorily. k) Adequate arrangements will be in place at the Premises to warn persons in the event of a fire or other emergency including a fire alarm system. l) Appropriate and adequate arrangements will be in place at the premises to fight any outbreak of fire.
- This will include the provision of fire fighting equipment. There will also be a fire blanket in the kitchen. m) The Fire Brigade will be called at once to any outbreak of fire, however slight and the details of any incidents will be recorded in a log book and made available to any authorised person or responsible authority on demand. n) A fire risk assessment shall be kept available for inspection by the Fire Authority. o) An emergency plan shall be kept available for inspection by the Fire Authority. p) Recorded music shall not exceed background levels at any time.
