  1. CCTV will operate at the Premises covering entrance & exit doors and the alcohol display area, images will be stored for a period of 30 days, Police will have access to the imagery at any reasonable time, The CCTV will be compliant with the companies GDPR Policy, the cameras will be capable of full frame capture enabling identification and will provide colour and infra- red footage
  2. The Entrance& Exit will be kept clear of any obstruction during opening hours
  3. Emergency lighting will be in place alongside fire extinguishers.
  4. Alcohol will only be sold by the DPS or the person authorised by the DPS and will be suitably trained on site by the DPS on site with regular refresher training this will be recorded and signed by staff to say they understood
  5. A Challenge 25 policy will be implemented on the Premises and posters will be displayed to this effect, If someone who appears to be under 25 attempts to purchase alcohol photo ID will be requested by means of a Driving Licence or Passport, records of this will be kept by recording on a EPOS till or In an Refusal or Incident book,
