  1. Conditions carried over from Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'on' Licence and Special Hours Certificate)
  2. Conditions carried over from Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982:
  3. LICENSING OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT
  4. Under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and other powers in this behalf:
  5. Public music and dancing and public entertainment of the like kind on weekdays between the hours of 12.00hrs and 00.00hrs. Sundays between the hours of 16.30hrs and 22.00hrs.
  6. This Licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the local Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.
  7. Additional Conditions
  8. 1) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
  9. 2) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: 350
  10. 3) The single outer lobby doors to both main entrances shall be locked back in the fully open position when the public are on the premises.
  11. 4) The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainments (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
  12. 5) All doors and windows of the building, which is the subject of this consent, shall be kept closed at all times during the entertainment events, except when access is required to/from the premises.
  13. 6) No external loudspeaker systems shall be installed without the prior approval in writing of the Environment and Health Department.
  14. 7) Prior to closing time, announcements shall be made by the DJ or other staff informing patrons that it is a residential area and to disperse quickly and quietly.
  15. 8) Music noise and noise from voices emanating from the premises shall be inaudible at any point between the positions A-B identified on the plan at all times during a licensed event.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
