  2. Live Music:- Indoors only. Occasional provision of entertainment by way of live performers. To be used not more than twice a week. Occasional use of karaoke machine and disco equipment.
  3. Recorded Music:- Indoors only. Provision of background music via radio dc player or similar. Provision of music after 23.00 not more than twice a week.
  4. Performances of Dance:- Indoors only. Small dance area for customers to dance when live music provided. Provision of music and dancing after 23.00 not more than twice a week.
  5. Provision of Facilities for Making Music:- Indoors only. Radio/CD player/similar for background music.

  8. Additional Steps Taken to Promote the Four Licensing Objectives:
  9. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
  10. Installed intruder alarm with a Panic Alarm Button. CCTV system currently being installed. All areas can be seen by staff from serving area. Staff are trained to diffuse any heated episodes and be vigilant for use of or dealing in drugs.
  11. Public Safety:- Fire extinguishers and exit signs. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors fitted. Wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks available for drivers.
  12. The Prevention of Public Nuisance:-
  13. Staff aware of not serving customers who apear drunk. Regular supervision of areas outside the premises to avoid disturbance. Rowdiness will not be tolerated.
  14. The Protection of Children from Harm:-
  15. Supervision of external areas to monitor conduct of children. Strict proof of age policy applies.

  20. As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 150, broken down to 50 in the saloon bar, 50 in the public bar and 50 in the function room.

  29. Accompanied children allowed in non-smoking rooms separated by a closed door from smoking areas except for access to the toilets.
