Licence conditions (19)

The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council.
Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain
Signs shall be displayed at exit the doors of the premises requesting customers to "leave quietly";
The use of the beer garden and external seating areas shall cease at 22:45 hours
When regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties
All bar staff shall on induction, and at least every six months thereafter, be trained in the responsible retailing of alcohol, which shall include training on the prevention of underage sales and refusing the sale of alcohol to persons who appear drunk. Staff training shall be recorded and training records shall, on request, be made available to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person of the licensing authority.
The premises shall operate a "Challenge 25" policy. Such a policy shall require all customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 to produce a valid proof of age. Notice to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the: o "PASS" hologram logo; o a passport; o a photo full driving licence; or o other proof of age approved in writing by the licensing authority.
A 'challenge book', or similar record, shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded the date, time and circumstances under which any customer is challenged to provide id. This book, or similar record, shall be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person of the licensing authority.
The a CCTV system to be installed at the premises, which shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. make and retain clear images of the interior, which shall include shall the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol, and exterior of the premises; and c. show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days
The original, or a copy of the CCTV recording, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person
Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason
The premises licence holder shall draw up and implement a drugs policy for the premises, a copy of which shall be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person of the licensing authority.
All tables and chairs situated at the front of the premises shall be removed by 22.00 hours each day.
The outdoor seating area immediately outside the front of the premises shall be roped off and any umbrellas shall be permanently fixed in that area.
At 22:00 hours a daily check of the immediate vicinity shall be made to the outside of the premises to ensure that no glassware, including broken glass has been left and any found shall be disposed of accordingly.
