Licence conditions (30)
  1. At all times when the premises operate under the terms of the premises licence the CCTV cameras serving the premises shall: . be maintained fully operational and in good working order; . make and retain clear images of the whole premises that include the point of sale of alcohol and the facial images of the purchasers of alcohol, and . show an accurate date of when the images were made.
  2. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 28 days and shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand.
  3. Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can. be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  4. No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
  5. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" and all customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age. Notice to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
  6. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age. card bearing the: . "PASS" hologram logo; . a passport; or . an EU photo full driving licence.
  7. An electronic till prompt shall be In place to remind staff to challenge persons buying alcohol who appear to be under 25 years of age.
  8. A refusals book, or similar record, shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book, or other form of record, must be made availabl.e for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  9. Deliveries shall not take place between the hours of 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours on the following day.
  10. Notices shall be displayed on the premises advising customers that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol.
  11. 11.AII sales' staff shall be trained on the "Challenge 25" scheme and such. training shall be recorded.
  12. For the purpose of paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Persons Act 1933,which include, but may not be limited to, the following:
  13. Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises;
  14. ii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours permitted under this licence, however this restriction does not prohibit:
  15. During the first twenty minutes after the permitted hour, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
  16. The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
  17. The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; and
  18. The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces;
  19. iii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied to a canteen or mess
  20. iv) No child shall be employed:
  21. So long as he is under the age of fourteen years;
  22. To do any work other than light work;
  23. Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
  24. Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day;
  25. For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
  26. For more than two hours on any Sunday;
  27. Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday;
  28. For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school;
  29. For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or
  30. At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the year in which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without employment.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
