Licence conditions (9)
  1. The shop is run to a very high standard; all sales of alcohol will only be made by authorised persons who are aware of the four licensing objectives.
  2. The type of alcohol proposed to be sold is specialist and of premium quality, hence appeals to more mature discerning customers and the price will reflect this so as not to appeal to younger people.
  3. The shop will have a clear notice to advise customers that sales of alcohol will only be made to over 18s.
  4. No sales of alcohol will be made to anyone already under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  5. Emergency lighting is fitted and maintained regularly by the landlord.
  6. Fire extinguishers are maintained and serviced and are clearly on display.
  7. There will be no sales of alcohol for general consumption on or near the premises.
  8. The premises will only be open during specified hours.
  9. A recognised proof of age will be required and if any doubt alcohol will not be sold to them.
