  1. Annex 2 – Conditions consistent with the operating schedule The Prevention of Public Nuisance: 1. Managed customer departure 2. Fabric of building retains sound.
  2. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder 1. The premises shall be a member of PubWatch, where such a scheme exists 2. The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system. a) A CD/DVD burner, USB type device or media storage database (i.e. Cloud) will also form part of the system to facilitate making copies of the footage b) The quality of the images must be of a sufficiently high standard to allow identification of the subject matter c) Cameras will cover key areas including clear headshots of persons entering the premises, any till areas , any areas where alcohol are displayed for sale and the external bar area. d) The system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises e) All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping f) The images will be made available in reasonable time on demand by the Police and authorised officers of St Albans City and District council g) At all times when the premises are open there shall be at least one person who is capable of operating the CCTV system if required to do so by the Police or authorised officers of St Albans City and District council. h) This system will be fully maintained at all times to ensure correct operation 3. A refusals / incidents register shall be maintained, whether electronic or hard copy, at the premises recording the following: a) All known incidents of crime and disorder occurring at the premises with dates and times b) Details of occasions when the emergency services are called to the premises c) All refusals of alcohol sales and ejections from the premises. This register will be available for inspection by a police officer or other authorised officer of St Albans City and District council. 4. The premises shall operate a challenge 25 style policy. Anyone attempting to purchase alcohol who appears under the age of 25 years shall be required to produce valid photo
  3. The protection of children from Harm: 1. No striptease or nudity 2. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must be off the premises by 22:00, unless dining or attending a private function or on New Year's Eve when they will be permitted to remain on the premises until close
  4. Annex 3 – Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority The Prevention of Crime and Disorder: 1. The outside areas will not be permitted to be used by customers for the consumption of food and/or drink after 23.20 hours.
