Licence conditions (22)
  1. CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. The CCTV will cover internal public areas and external doorways, smoking area and beer garden. The CCTV shall provide the best images possible of people entering and exiting the premises. The proprietor must ensure that they or their staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority within 24 hours. CCTV footage must be retained for minimum of 31days.
  2. Prior to live music nights or other event nights, the Personal Licence holder shall perform a risk assessment and shall employ two SIA approved door staff from 20:00hrs until the venue closes, where it is deemed necessary to do so.
  3. The beer garden shall be closed from 23:00hrs. The smoking area, used by patrons, shall be monitored to reduce noise related nuisance to local residents.
  4. No drinks shall be taken outside after 23:00hrs.
  5. Staff training shall be recorded and updated every 6 months. Training shall cover: b) The requirements for ID as part of age verification. c) Dealing with an intoxicated person d) Dealing with disorderly incidents/disorderly persons e) Dealing with drug related activity on a licensed premises f) Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol g) Recording of incidents h) Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives
  6. All training records shall be available to an authorised officer on request
  7. An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: a) All crimes reported at the venue b) All ejections of patrons c) Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder d) All drugs seized or found e) Any incidents of disorder f) Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy g) Persons banned from the premises
  8. There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS
  9. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure a 'Challenge 25' policy is in place and this shall be prominently displayed on the premises
  10. The toilets shall be checked hourly and a daily record of these checks maintained and visible to patrons
  11. Signage shall be displayed in a prominent position on the premises requesting that customers leave quietly and respect the neighbourhood
  12. The venue shall have a drugs policy.
  13. There shall be comprehensive first aid box and area that staff shall be made aware of
  14. There shall be clear signage on or next to gaming machines stating that children are not allowed to stand or sit next to them.
  15. Children shall not stand or sit at the bar where adults purchase drinks
  16. There shall be daily checks of the following:
  17. Any safety issues
  18. Noise issues
  19. Litter
  20. Suspect behaviour
  21. Suspect items
  22. All deliveries shall take place at reasonable times during the day
