  1. Following an assessment of the premises and its surrounding area the following is proposed: 30 minute drinking up time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc. In order to further the licensing objectives the licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machines and or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which my impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.
  2. Member of Pubwatch Floodlit car park No other licensed premises in close proximity. Most customers are local. Toilets are checked regularly. Drug prevention measures are employed. There is always a minimum of two staff on duty.
  3. Health and Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates held Illuminated emergency lighting. Smoking charter Fire fighting equipment serviced annually Mechanical extraction in bar and eating area. Four electronic air cleaners positioned throughout. Pest control contract in place Accident and incident book for customers and staff.
  4. Kitchen extract system. Music limited and monitored for noise nuisance. No other pubs in close proximity. Managed customer departure. Licensed taxi firm facilitates customers onward journeys Food preparation competes at 23.30.
  5. No unaccompanied children allowed on premises. Children must be accompanied by parent or appropriate adult. No gaming machines on premises at the present time. Cigarette machine positioned away from Children's area. Designated non smoking areas. Children's menu and suitable soft drinks to promote a family atmosphere,

All external doors and windows must be kept closed after 23.00 other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.The patios/garden/courtyard must not be used by customers after the hours of 23.00 other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.Prominent and clear notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and are quietly.

A notice be provided encouraging patrons to use a nominated taxi service to pick up in the rear car park.Taxi's from the nominated companies be asked to use the rear car park for the arrival and departure of customers and to avoid making any additional noise.Windows and doors at the front of the premises to be kept closed after 21.00.
