- Risk Assessment has been carried out taking into account the Council's Policy.
- There is a 30 minute winding down period after the alcohol sales cease, to provide orderly dispersal of customers
- There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
