Licence conditions (28)
  1. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
  2. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  3. Music levels to be agreed between management and the Environmental Protection Team and then monitored by management.
  4. Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
  5. The external areas of the premises must not be used after 11.30pm
  6. Amplified and recorded musci must finish Sunday to Thursday at 11pm and Friday and Saturday at 11.30pm.
  7. The function room is excluded from the provision of regulated entertainment.
  8. The licensee or nominated representative shall provide a current telephone contact number to neighbouring residents and shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of all noisy events. If there is not a satisfactory response, then the resident should contact Environmental Health.
  9. Delivery and refuse collection times should not take place before 7am or after 7pm.
  10. Responsible management of the premises, with training and supervision of staff.
  11. Voluntary adoption of Best Practice Guide (ie. adhering to the BBPA, Portman Group on drinks strategy and any other voluntary codes of practice.
  12. Staff will be trained to a level where they can identify and deal with a potential problem before it occurs.

  14. Responsible management of the premises, checking regularly that the lighting both internally and externally is working at all times.

  25. There will be regular checks made of the external area.

  27. Children will not be permitted entry to the premises without an adult and that adult must supervise them at all times.
  28. A proof of age scheme will be in place.
