  1. General
  2. The Shop will retail specialist high end beverages that will not appeal to Minors nor encourage excessive drinking . Drinking on the premises will not occur frequently (onve every 2-3 weeks) and will be to provide tastings only, therefore not excessive drinking. Our online delivery service will also discourage minors and excessive drinking by online age verification and age verification undertaken by delivery drivers.
  3. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  4. Customers who appear to be intoxicated will be refused service. Aggresive or intimidating customers will be refused service and reported to the police. Any requirements or reccomendations by the police will be undertaken.
  5. Public Safety
  6. Public safety and welfare will be our first priority. People who appear intoxicated will be refused service . we will deter aggresive or intimidating behaviour. we will refuse entry where excessive numbers threatens safety and recommendations by the police will be implemented.
  7. The Prevention of Public Nuisance
  8. The outside area of the premises will only be used for licensable activities between the following hours: Tuesday 12:00hrs until 20:00hrs, Wednesday to Thursday 12:00hrs until 21:00hrs, Friday 11:00hrs until 22:00hrs, Saturday 10:00hrs until 21:00hrs, Sunday 12:00hrs until 18:00hrs. All steps will be taken to reduce public nuisance. we will not allow excessive noise or disrupting behaviour. drinking will not be allowed in the surrounding areasof the premises prevention of nuisance to the neighbours will be a priority.
  9. Protection of Children from Harm
  10. We will operate a strict age verification policy. we will log all age refusals. Persons under the age of 18 will not be allowed to attend our tasting events. we will reporta ny suspected occurence of harm to children to the police
