  1. All persons selling alcohol to customers will have licensing training. This will be undertaken at least 6 weeks of employment and any new employees will be supervised until that training day has taken place.
  2. Refresher courses will be repeated every 6 months or earlier if required to do so. All training will be recorded and stored, available for inspection by police, police licensing officer and authorised officers from the local authority upon request, either electronically or hard copy.
  3. Challenge 25 - this scheme will be adopted by the bar, and all staff will be trained and training will be recorded and available to police or other responsible authority upon request. We will also advertise the use of this scheme behind the bar to create public awareness. staff will only accept Home Office Approved ID of proof of age. This will include, Photographic Driving License, a passport or a 'PASS' larked proof age card.
  4. We will have recorded CCTV on the premises where the supply of alcohol occurs and fire exits. This will be kept for a 31 day period with the capability of providing pictures, with automatic night mode for the darker areas. Managers will be capable of accessing this information in case of an emergency or police and local authority request.
  5. We will advertise the use of CCTV at the front entrance of the bar.
  6. All take away drinks will be served in plastic/toughened glass bottles or cups to avoid smashed glass.
  7. We will be members of the local crime prevention radio system.
  8. Refusal recording register will be in place on the till system with the checked for ID button, where the staff member will put their name down, the refused person's date of birth and a rejected option to show they did not serve that customer. This register will be available for inspection from police and other responsible authorities.
