Licence conditions (13)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

  4. Should there be any concerns raised by Responsible Authorities CCTV will be installed and/or a registered doorman will be employed.
  5. Anybody who appears to be drunk or is aggressive will not be permitted into the premises. Public Safety
  6. There will be no more than 50 patrons on the premises at any one time.
  7. All safety equipment will be maintained in a good working order and will be serviced regularly by a qualified engineer.
  8. The fire safety system with emergency lighting will be maintained in good working order. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  9. There will be regular checks of the outside area to ensure it is clear of litter.
  10. Signs will be displayed in a prominent position inside the premises requesting patrons to depart quietly. Protection of children from harm
  11. Staff will be trained on licensing laws and records of staff training will be kept on the premises. These records will be made available to a police officer or an officer of the Licensing Authority upon request.
  12. Under 18’s will not be permitted on the premises unless they are accompanied by an adult.
  13. The supply of alcohol will be ancillary to the purchase of food.
