Licence conditions (3)

The hours of operation shall be restricted to between 11.00 and 01.30 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights only during bank holiday weekends, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.Condition 2 agreed with Environmental Control on 22 July 2005:2. There shall be no live music, karaoke or discos after 23.00.3. All external doors/windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.4. Staff shall check prior to entertainment, and periodically during the entertainment, that all external windows and doors are shut in all rooms where the entertainment is taking place. A written record shall be made of these checks in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.5. Amplified sound from the licensed premises shall not be detrimental to the amenity of any noise sensitive premises.6. No live or amplified music to be played in the open air (including temporary structures such as marquees and tents).7. The licence-holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of these checks in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.8. No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.9. No light from or on the premises and any other light under control of the premises shall be provided where that light causes a nuisance to any nearby premises.10. Prominent and clear notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local resident
Training and supervision of all staff so that they are aware of the licensing objectives and in particular ensure no underage drinking, drunkenness on the premises, drunkenness in public, use of drugs, violent and antisocial behaviour and good neighbour policy.2. Responsible management of the premises.3. Adopting best practice guides e.g. Portman Group on drinks strategy.4. Use of proof of age schemes and/or photo id driving licences, student cards/passes.5. Licencee to become a member of BOBB and member of LVA.6. Provision of litter bins.7. Provision of security measurers eg lighting outside the premises.8. Provision of an alarm system linked to ADT centre.9. Risk management assessment checked weekly.10. General staff levels to secure safety of the premises and customers.11. Regular testing and certification if appropriate of all procedures, appliances and systems pertinent to safety.12. Internal notices for height/potential trip hazards.13. Training and supervision to prevent incidents of public nuisance.14. Regular visits to all parts of the premises including the exterior and deliveries etc outside opening hours.15. External lighting and security lighting installed.16. Good neighbour policy.17. Collection and management of litter and effective ventilation systems to prevent nuisance from odour.18. Provision of sufficient staff to secure the protection of children from harm with appropriate training.19. Children only on the premises between 11.00 and 20.00, except in the patio area where they can stay until 21.00.20. Children must be accompanied by responsible adults which will be controlled by the supervisor at the time.21.
