- Proposed Designated Promises Supervisor will have BIIAB Induction Certificate, and also, a management qualification for Licensing Retailing. Also NCL/NCPLH.2. Staff to be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety.3. Adoption of best practice guidance e.g. Point of Sale Promotions BBPA4. Provision of CCTV at the entrance to the terrace and in the premises.5. Photographic ID cards will be accepted.6. Licensee to be a member of Pubwatch.7. Zero tolerance to drugs, violence, anti social behaviour and drunkenness.8. Staff to be trained in the prevention of drug abuse.9. Regular checking of toilets, outside areas etc., to prevent drug abuse.10. Adherence to the relevant authorities policy on drug abuse.11. Health and Safety Risk Assessment to be carried out.12. Fire Risk Assessment to be carried out and available to view on the premises.13. - Conditions agreed with Envionmental Control - 20 July 20051. The outside area must not be used by customers after the hours of 23.00.2. All external windows must be kept closed after 22.00 in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.3. Amplified sound from the licensed premises shall not be detrimental to the amenity of any noise sensitive premises.4. No live or amplified music to be played in the open air (including temporary structures such as marquees and tents) without the prior consent of the licensing authority.5. The licence-holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments for the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of these checks in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, he time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.6. No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior approval of the licensing authority.7. Prominent and clear notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.,.
