Licence conditions (8)
  1. Will ensure that a valid public liability insurance is in force. I will not alter the premises rendering it impossible to comply with any existing licensing conditions without seeking a variation to the premises licence.,.
  2. Consumption of alcohol will be restricted to areas shown on floor plan. Proof of age will be requested from persons suspected of being under 18. Will not participate in price reduction promotions that are likely to cause nuisance or disturbance. Burglar alarm system in operation on the premises.,.
  3. External lighting provided during opening hours. Escape routes will be kept free from obstruction during opening hours. Fire brigade will be called at once any outbreak of fire. First aid kit kept on premises at all times. Member of staff is a qualified first aider.,.
  4. Will be responsible for the disposal of litter throughout the premises. Will ensure that receptacles for waste are emptied on a regular basis. Background music is indoors only. Notices asking customers to leave quietly.,.
  5. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Fruit and cigarette machine in full view of servery and staff. No children allowed in the pub after 22.00 hours unless gaining access to the toilets or exiting the pub.,.
  6. No live or amplified music to be played in the open air (including temporary structures such as marquees and tents),.
  7. Prominent and clear notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises area quietly.,.
  8. The garden must not be used by customers after the hours of 23.00.,.
