  1. Challenge 25 will operate at the Premises , as the age verification policy adopted by the Premises in respect of the sale or supply of alcohol. Those seeking to purchase alcohol at the Premises who appear to be under the age of 25will be required to provide acceptable evidence that they are 18 years of age or older before any alcohol is supplied to them.
  2. Licensing Training for all staff as part of their induction
  3. A suitable CCTV system will operate at the Premises at all times when Licensable activities are being carried out and at any other times where members of the public are present on the Premises.
  4. The CCTV system will have sufficient storage retention capacity for a minimum of 28 days. This will be continuous footage and of good quality.
  5. Customers will be prevented from accessing areas where hot food and other food preparation areas.
  6. Noise levels from the Premises will be controlled to ensure that they do not disrupt the surrounding neighbourhood.
  7. Responsible alcohol service will be implemented to avoid excessive noise and disturbances.
  8. Smoking areas will be managed to minimize the impact on nearby residents.
