Licence conditions (27)
  1. The standard hours of operation shall be 07.00 - 05.00 hours, but if the applicant wishes to trade outside these hours, 7 days notice must be given to the local Police Authority.
  2. On New Years Eve, live music is permissible in a marquee area until 03.00am.
  3. Outdoor music must cease at 23.00hrs
  4. CCTV will be maintained and recordings will be kept for a period of 30 days and the police will have access to that information upon request.
  5. The DPS, manager or other responsible person will ensure that the premises will become a member of 'Pubwatch' or any other similar group if established.
  6. All the times the premises operates as a bar and restaurant, door supervisors need not be employed. If the premises operates as a bar and nigtclub or function suite, adequate registered (SIA) door supervisors need to be employed from 1900hrs until closing time.
  7. Door Supervisors conducting security activities shall be registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and shall display or be able to display at least one of the following articles upon request by the Licensing Authority, the Police Authority, a responsible authority and/or any relevant authority including the Security industry Authority (SIA);
  8. (i) A Security Industry Authority (SIA) name badge
  9. (ii) Proof of registration to the Security Industry Authority scheme
  10. allowing them to carry out security activities at licensed premises.
  11. Premises employing or using the services of Door Supervisors, licensed under the Security Industry Authority scheme must maintain a register to be completed by all door supervisors (on payment or otherwise or from agencies or temporarily registered staff) showing the following;
  12. (i) Their name and unique license registration number as issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)
  13. (ii) The date(s) of employment at the premises
  14. (iii) The start/finish time(s) of all/any work periods for each door supervisor;
  15. n.b: All door supervisors must sign and date (at the completion of his her duties) each door supervisor work period contained in the premises licence/door supervisor register.
  16. (iv) The time their duties finished
  17. (v) Their signatures at the completion of their duties
  18. (vi) The managers/Designated Premises Supervisors name(s) and any comments he/she wish to make regarding work periods completed by all/any door supervisors.
  19. The register shall be kept and made available to the Licensing Authority Officer, the Fire Authority, the Police Authority and/or any other responsible authority or relevant authority such as the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Once completed the door supervisor register must be kept in a secure location within the premises, for a period of no less than 18 months from the date of completion.
  20. All premises where female customers are subject to body searches must ensure that at least one female door supervisor will be made to lawfully carry out such searches.
  21. Door supervisors shall prohibit all/any customers suspected of being drunk and/or disorderly from entering the premises/club and ensure that all such patrons leave the premises in an orderly manner.
  22. All persons to have previously been excluded from entering the premises (exclusions include all/any court bans and all/any entry bans imposed by the premises) shall not be permitted entry.
  23. Door supervisors shall be responsible for the lawful searching and/or exclusions of those suspected of carrying illegal drugs, offensive weapons and or instruments who attempt to gain entry into the premises.
  24. All door supervisors must ensure that they monitor and organise an orderly queuing system outside the premises.
  25. The Festival can extend from the Friday to the Sunday. On River Festival day a minimum of 10 Staff shall be on duty from 10.00hrs to 23.00hrs. On the Saturday of River Festival day the premises must close between 17.00hrs and 19.00hrs.
  26. Only plastic glasses to be used on River Festival Day.
