  1. EC0104 - Regulated Entertainment - (from original Justices Licence)
  2. Unless otherwise specified on this licence no regulated entertainment shall take place at the premises with the exception of pre-booked private events limited to the provision of music and dancing for pre-invited guests.
  3. The Store will operate a Think 25 Policy.
  4. Three personal licence holders will be based at the store.
  5. Think 25 signage will be displayed at the premises.
  6. Ensure all staff are trained in preventing proxy sales.
  7. Every Friday from 3pm until 9pm the entrance and the pillar at the front of the store will be checked by a member of staff at least twice an hour. Additional checks will be carried out at key times. These checks will be logged. This condition to only be in effect for a 12 month period, ending 30th November 2014, and can be taken out of effect sooner if no longer deemed necessary by Kent Police in writing.
