Licence conditions (11)
  1. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of practice (2008 edition) produced by the Information Commissioners Office, including the main alcohol display area, the point of sale and the entrance covered by cameras.
  2. The CCTV will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  3. The CCTV shall be operation at all times the premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
  4. If the CCTV system becomes inoperable for any reason the Premises Licence Holder shall take immediate steps to rectify the issue ASAP.
  5. Images on the CCTV system will be retained or a period of at least one calendar month by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
  6. The Police of local Authority will be allowed to take a recording of the CCTV by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD or memory stick at any reasonable time or at least within 48hrs of a request being made.
  7. A 'Think 25' policy will be adopted at the premises. All staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained in 'Think 25' and the training will be fully auditable to any responsible authority on request.
  8. Notices to advise customers that 'Think 25' is in force will be prominently displayed in all areas, including by the till, in the alcohol display area and at the entrance.
  9. The Management and staff at the premises will liaise with the Police and other authorities.
  10. All Management and staff shall be trained and this training shall be auditable to any responsible authority upon request.
  11. A member of Management or responsible person will be at the premises all times the premises is open.
